Acclaro Valuation Advisors Announces New Director

Aaron J. Pryor has been promoted to the position of Director at Acclaro Valuation Advisors, LLC. A 2004 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Pryor has been with the firm since June 2006 and was promoted to Manager in 2009, concentrating his practice in the preparation of valuations for Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), estate and gift tax planning, and financial reporting purposes.

Pryor maintains the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) credentials. He is a member of the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, CFA Institute, the American Society of Appraisers and the Institute of Business Appraisers. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics.
