Acclaro Valuation Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce the establishment of a branch office in the Portland, Oregon, market area. Robert H. Hicks, Jr., Managing Director of Acclaro, will manage the Portland office.
Mr. Hicks is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers. He is extensively involved with both the valuation of employee stock ownership plan-owned companies and with the planning, structuring, and execution of employee stock ownership plan transactions. He has participated in the planning and structuring of employee stock ownership plan transactions as large as $120 million, and currently manages the valuation on behalf of Acclaro of several of the firm's largest clients.
